Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Various containers of sauces/curries in walk in cooler at 8 deg C.
Corrective Action(s): Discard all sauces. Temple president called to have walk in cooler repaired immediately. As discussed, do not fill this walk in cooler with any more foods until the cooler has been repaired.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): White milk sauce in hot holding unit was at 33 deg C
Corrective Action(s): Sauce discarded. Operator filled unit with fresh white milk sauce. As discussed, hot holding must be kept at 60 deg C or greater at all times.

-Chest freezer beside walk in cooler : -19 deg C
-Dry storage area beside walk in cooler is ok, foods stored off floor
-Fumehood is clean
-Dry storage downstairs area: Chest freezer in this room was at -17 deg C
-Bleach water sanitizer in spray bottle at 100 ppm chlorine residual
-Quats at quat dispenser in 3 compartment sink at 200 ppm QUATS
-Staff on site has FOODSAFE certification
