Observation: Large open air cooler on west side of grocery store showing temperatures:
-air temperatures between 8-11 deg C
-internal temperature of yogurt drink at 8.2 deg C
Correction: Operator adjusted thermostat and called serviceman for repair
If temperatures do not meet at or below 4 deg C remove all perishables to another unit

NOTE: Recommend plastic air curtains on open air coolers
