Note: The operator claimed at the time of inspection - no structural or operational changes to the premise. Facility stores and distributes pre-packaged food products only (warehouse operation). Potentially hazardous foods kept on-site are cheese, eggs, and dairy. All food products stored off the floor. Note: No meat or vegetables food products are kept on-site at the time of inspection. General sanitation of the facility - satisfactory. Walk-in cooler warehouse (dairy) at 2.2C. Temperature log - available and up to day. No pest activity noted at the time of inspection. Pest control in place.
