- The facility is equipped with hot & cold running water
- Handsinks are stocked with liquid soap and paper towels
- 200ppm chlorine sanitizer available
- Low temp dishwasher achieved 50ppm chlorine residual
- Temperatures of refrigerations units meet regulatory requirements
- Coolers are equipped with working thermometers except for the upright cooler in the front. *Place a working thermometer in this cooler unit
- Leftover soup is used within 3 days (stored in walk-in cooler)
- Fish tank measured <10C and is cleaned on a monthly basis
- Fish in the tank is farmed fish
- Pest control in place (inspected on a monthly basis)

ATTENTION:
- Start a temperature log for all refrigeration units.
- Keep foods (onions) off of floor.
- Vent hood is due for cleaning.
- For next cleaning of the ice machine, ensure to clean & sanitize the sides.
- Rice scops shall be stored in ice bath. Lukewarm water may help promoting the multiplication of micro-organisms.
- Ensure to store all cloths in sanitizer solution when not in use.
- Remove all cardboard boxes from the kitchen.
- Ensure that the handle of the rice scoop does not come into contact with rice.
