ITEMS CORRECTED:
- Discussed the food items that fell on the floor during previous inspection. Staff are to discard products that have fallen on floor.
- Facility had adequate supply of 200ppm Chlorine sanitizer solution - EXCELLENT!!! TICKETING FOR NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT WAS DISCUSSED DURING INSPECTION
- Areas affected by rodent droppings has been cleaned and sanitized
- Cleaning has occurred in the following places: Back wall over two compartment sink, under shelves in the back, inside of ice machine
- Front handsink adequately supplied with liquid soap
- The handling of cash with hands and gloves and the frequency of handwashing discussed with staff


ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED:
- Personal items to be separated from food equipment and food.
- One staff member is to be FOODSAFE trained with FOODSAFE LEVEL ONE at all times
- Clean flipper storage area under the grill
- Hole in wall where rat droppings found has been barricaded with cardboard - this must be replaced with more suitable material such as wire mesh. Rats are able to chew through cardboard very easily
