Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel/ blow dryer in the washroom.
All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below (Coca Cola 4.0C, pizza prep reach-in cooler 3.0C, walk-in cooler 3.0C).
Reach-in freezer, walk-in freezer and ice cream freezer all noted with satisfactory temperatures - food in these units were stored hard frozen.
Food stored protected and off the floor.
Sanitizer spray bottle available. QUAT test strip available. 400 PPM QUAT detected from the spray bottle.
3 drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
As per staff, pizza on display for customers are placed under the display area for no longer than 2 hours than discarded.
All in-use utensils are cleaned and sanitized every 2 hours or more often as per staff.
No damaged canned goods noted at the facility.
Overall sanitation, especially the cook line and fume hood is noted satisfactory.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Staff onsite has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certification (expires in 2028). |
