Routine inspection conducted

- Hand washing stations maintained. Please ensure paper towels stored in dispensers to avoid contamination.
- Staff hygiene noted very good. Proper use of single use gloves observed.

Temperatures:
- Coolers measured at or below 4 degree C. walk -in Freezer measured at or below -18 C. Temperature monitoring log maintained.
- Soup in Hot holding measured at or above 60C. Roasted chicken measured at 62C in hot holding unit. Temp.monitoring kept updated.
- All other food casings measured at or below 4C. Ensure not to overload display casings.

General sanitation
- Floor kept clean. Reminder: ensure to clean floor in hard to reach area and behind equipment. Remove build ups under dish pit and maintain.
- Walk in cooler noted clean and food stored above the floor. Reminder: Floor in Walk in freezer, door frame and sliding door require cleaning.
- Meat slicers noted clean and maintained. no rinse sanitizer utilized to sanitize these units.
- Cutting boards noted clean and in good working order.
- 200-400 QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottles and sani buckets. Wiping cloths noted kept in the sani solution.
- 3-comp sink maintained. Sanitizer dispenser in good working condition.

Staff are food safe trained.
