Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Inserts of food were observed to be stacked on top of other inserts on prep cooler. Sliced mushrooms, cooked onions, and sauce observed to be at 12C, 8C, and 10C. Operator reports all items were prepared during opening hour 1.5 hour ago.
Corrective Action(s): Operator relocated above three items to the walk in cooler at the time of inspection. DO NOT STACK INSERTS OF FOOD ONTOP OF OTHER INSERTS.
