Routine inspection conducted: - Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. - Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C. - Thermometer monitoring system in place. - High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.9'C at the plate level after final rinse. - 2 comp sink equipped properly. - 200ppm chlorine solution available in a bucket to hold wiping rags.
