Routine Inspection - Handwash stations stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. - Dishwasher rinse cycle temperature at the dish surface above 72 degree Celsius. - Glass washer reached 25 ppm concentration iodine for rinse cycle. Reminder change the sanitizer log from quats to iodine. - Coolers ambient air temperature at 4 c - Freezers at -18 c or below. - Hot holding at 60 c. - ice dispenser is in sanitary condition during this inspection. - Orkin Pest control is in place
