Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle and in bucket and registered at 200 ppm for quats. Dishwasher not in use. Operator was able to explain how dishes are manually washed - no concerns noted. 2 door cooler at 4 C or below. Freezers at -18 C or below. Ice cream freezer at -18 C or below. Chest freezer at -18 C or below. General sanitation satisfactory.
