Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No bleach sanitizer at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): A 100ppm chlorine solution must be available at all times. Use 5mL of bleach in 2.5L of water. Staff made solution at the time of inspection.

Observation: Handwashing sink does not have hot water due to broken valve. Cold water is available.
Corrective Action(s): Sink must be repaired so that both hot and cold water are available. Continue to use current sink as cold water supply is adequate in the meantime.
