Observation: 1. Low temperature dishwasher chlorine residual at the plate surface tested 0 ppm.
2. No sanitizer available to sanitize food contact surfaces
Correction: 1. Service this dishwasher. In the mean time, use the dishwasher to wash and rinse the dishes, then use the 2 compartment sink beside the dishwasher to sanitize the dishes. Fill the sinks up with 50 ppm of chlorine solution, fully immersed all dishes in the solution for 2 mins, then air dry the dishes.

2. (Corrected during inspection) Staff immediately refill the spray bottle with 200 ppm QUATs sanitizer.

- Line cooler is empty, temperature tested 15 degree C. Please do not use this cooler to store any cold potentially hazardous food until the temperature can be maintained at 4 degree C or less
