(1) Wiping cloths not stored in sanitizer buckets when not in use (2) Sanitizer bucket contained food debris in the solution, was too dirty to use and had not been replaced
Corrections (1) Replace sanitizer regularly, especially if it is visibly dirty so that proper sanitization can occur (2) Keep wiping cloths in sanitizer at all times when not in use to prevent pathogen growth

Observation:
3-door sliding door cooler not funtioning properly, both air temperature and probed foods stored inside measured above 4 deg.C. Cooler is unable to maintain temperature < 4 deg.C. This is a repeat violation.
Correction: Repair cooler so that it is able to store foods at 4 deg.C or below. Begin maintaining a temperature log and check cooler temperatures daily to ensure cooler is functioning properly. Obtain additional thermometers as necessary.

The facility is ordered CLOSED until a follow-up inspection is conducted by Fraser Health Authority.
In order to re-open: 3-door stand up cooler must be fixed and temperature is maintained at 4 deg.C or less
