- quats measured 200ppm in sanitize sink
- ice machine appears sanitary; scoop stored up and out of ice
- dishwasher measured 50ppm chlorine at final rinse cycle
- general sanitation satisfactory

Discussed COVID-19 safety with staff:
- COVID-19 safety plan available
- policy states that staff may return to work 24 hours after symptoms end
- policy should advise staff to get tested if they have symptoms and follow Public Health advice
- if positive Case must isolate for at least 10 days since symptom on set, or longer if certain symptoms linger
- Contacts must isolate for 14 days since last exposure to Case
- add other COVID-19 symptoms to list (symptom checklist provided)
- all staff masked at time of inspection
- staff screening process available - full list of symptoms to be emailed to operator
- customers limited to facilitate distancing
- one chair at outside table removed to facilitate distancing
