All coolers were < 4 C. The right hand prep cooler was turned on but not in use at the time of the inspection. Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm, test strips available. No evidence of pests. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Temperature records up to date. General sanitation was satisfactory
