2) Drain plug provided by staff does not allow immersion of equipment in 3 compartment sink
Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean and sanitize the slicer prior to next use or use another clean and sanitary equipment
2) Staff will go across to dollar tree to purchase a proper fitting sink plug. Equipment must be sanitized according to your approved sanitation plan
