At the inspection dated February 09, 2023 there were 3 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. No further action is required by the Licensee or the Licensing Officer. As part of this Routine Inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided. This inspection and the risk assessment were written on site and reviewed with the Manager/Staff, a copy was emailed to the facility.

- Digital photos are acceptable for children.
