Corrective Action(s): Relocate all boxes of raw chicken to the opposite side of walk-in cooler, away from ready to eat food product.

Observation: 2nd floor dry storage - large take-out buckets stored on soiled top shelf.

Front service area - pop syrup dispenser station - pop syrup build-up inside lower cabinet, mouse droppings observed inside lower cabinet and on counter behind dispenser unit.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces.

Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine 1 tsp bleach / 1 liter water) after cleaning.
