General comments - All handsinks supplied with hot and cold water, liquid soap, paper towel - All coolers measured 4C or below All freezers measured -18C or below All hot holding units measured 60C or above Temperature logs are maintained daily - Low temperature dishwasher measured approximately 100 ppm chlorine at plate surface - No signs of pests noted during inspection. Pest control service is provided monthly. Previous pest report indicated no activity and traps are in place - General sanitation satisfactory aside from above violation
