Please post health permit in plain public view. *Kitchen hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. *Bleach sanitizer measured >100 ppm. *Refrigeration unit was at 4 deg C. Walk-in cooler at 1 deg C. *Freezer was at -18 deg C. *Ensure temp log is available and on-site *Pest control in place.
