-Follow-up inspection to Sept 12, 2018.
-High temperature dishwasher has been serviced and had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface (consecutive cycles). Ensure wash reaches 160F wash and reaches 180F rinse (stated on data plate) prior to used for cleaning and sanitizing. Dishware utensils and equipment in process of being cleaned and sanitized. Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
