High temperature dishwasher connected to detergent and rinse aid; final rinse was measured at 75.1C at plate, see thermo-label.
Waterproof thermometer also obtained to determine dishwasher temperature.
Drying rack obtained, thermometers in all refrigeration units present.
Test strips onsite, no expiry dates shown.
Public washrooms are clean, equipped with soap, paper towel, hot & cold running water in handwashing sinks.
FHA warewashing sign is posted above dishwashing sinks.
