Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BH9TQB. Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer measured at 200 ppm from the dispenser. It was stated that sanitizer bottles have been rinsed and refilled with quats sanitizer. Quats measured at 200 ppm from bottle. Hand washing sinks are unobstructed and adequately supplied. Cleaning has taken place in areas noted on previous inspection report. Contact the Environmental Health Officer if you have any questions or concerns.
