Observation: Ice maker door has broken plastic cover and peices of insulation braking off from the door. This may introduce phtsical hazards to food as pieces may end up inside the ice bin.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace the ice maker door or the door cover.

Routine inspection

- Vegetable wash maintained in the back. Sanitizer available.
- All coolers measured at or below 4 degree C. Thermometers noted in units. General maintenance and cleaning of casings is overall good. FIFO maintained.
- Freezers measured at -18C or colder.
- Temperature monitoring kept updated.
- Walk in coolers at the back noted well maintained. General cleaning is to be conducted for units floor and ceilings.

No obvious sign of pest noted at this date.

Reminders;
1- Separation and changing wiping clothes in meat department discussed with the manager.
2- Ensure to keep nail washing brush in sanitary condition in meat department. Discussed with staff.
