Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Garlic bun was stored in a cooler that was only able to be held at 17.0C. Bun was placed in this cooler the previous night.
Corrective Action(s): Garlic bun was discarded during the inspection.
All bakery products with fillings or are considered potentially hazardous food items must use time as a control or store in a cooler that will maintain it at 4.0C or less.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towel in the dispenser at the handwash station.
Corrective Action(s): **Issue corrected** Paper towel was loaded into the paper towel dispenser. Please ensure that all handwash stations must be equipped with liquid soap and paper towel at all time.

Observation: 20+ fresh mouse droppings noted in the back room area.
Corrective Action(s): Sweep, clean and sanitize all areas noted with mouse droppings. As per Store Manager, cleaning in this area was completed last week. Consider increasing the cleaning frequency if there is a known mouse issue in this area.
Reviewed the last 2 pest control reports - pest control company comes weekly.
