Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
- Tofu, soaked black fungus mushroom, enoki mushroom in room temperature. Measured at around 12C.
Corrective Action(s):
- Do not store above items in room temperature. Recommend to have a sandwich prep cooler so all the ingredients can be easily accessed from refrigerated environment.
