- Floor/ wall edges under equipment in kiosk.
- Hot water tank trays in kiosk.
- Floor/ wall edges in downstairs dry storage room.
Corrective Action(s): - Remove droppings and thoroughly clean the above noted areas.
- Sanitize affected areas with 100-200 ppm chlorine bleach solution (1 tsp chlorine bleach + 1 L water).
- Ensure that all spilled food in kiosk and downstairs storage room is cleaned up quickly to prevent potential attraction.
- Ensure that all areas are clean and accessible for pest control services.
- Continue to maintain a high level of sanitation throughout the premises.
