Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) 100 ppm QUATs registered in sanitizer solution at three compartment sink
2) No food contact surface sanitizer was available at the time of inspection
Corrective Action(s): - 100 ppm chlorine solution was made for the sanitizer solution at the three compartment sink
- 100 ppm chlorine solution was made for the food contact surface sanitizer.
- All dishes that were washed today are to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized again
- Ensure that all food contact surfaces are sanitized
- Have test strips on site to test sanitizer solution daily
Note: mix 2ml of 5% unscented bleach with 1 litre water to make 100 ppm chlorine solution

Observation: Back two doors have gaps that could allow for pests to enter the facility. Staff inidcated that work order is in place to seal the gaps. Contractor has not been able to come in.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that gaps are seals to prevent the entrance of pests

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: The tap that dispenses hot water at the handwashing station near the "take away" area does not dispense hot water. An additional handwashing station that is fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel is near by and easily accessible.
Corrective Action(s): - Ensure that tap at the above mentioned handwashing station dispenses hot water
- Second handwashing station is within satisfactory distance and easily accessible for adequate handwashing for staff
- Provide evidence to DIstrict Health Inspector once the above handwashing station is reparied
- Corrective Date: 1 week
