Follow up inspection conducted:
Overall sanitation level has improved from previous inspection. More thorough cleaning is needed in area underneath the cooking line. Ensure kitchen is thoroughly and frequently cleaned to prevent accumulation of food debris and grease.
Wiping rags were stored in a 100pm chlorine solution.
Deli slicer has been removed from the kitchen.
Chlorine dishwasher achieved a final rinse concentration of 100ppm on multiple cycles. Chlorine test strips available. Ensure test strips are used daily to verify unit is in good working order.
