Observation: Mice activities noted behind shelving units inside Cooler #2, warehouse area, and "Bowling Alley" (dry storage along West wall).
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings and clean. Consult with pest control operator to determine additional control measures (i.e., find and remove nesting area).

Observation: Shelf containing sacks of rice is too low to the ground. It should be at least 6" off the floor. Products in Cooler #2 were stored too close to the wall.
Corrective Action(s): Elevate the bottom shelf and recommend installing castors. Store product away from the wall.

Observation: Pipe behind the cooking equipment is leaking.
Corrective Action(s): Dispose of the pan of dirty water. Repair the pipe.

Observation: Floor in dough area is excessively worn. Grout between tiles in the kitchen is excessively worn and water is pooling in the cracks. Some areas are also damaged exposing aggregates underneath.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the floors.

Install a handsink in the wash down area to allow staff to wash their hands before handing clean equipment and utensils.
Handsink in the kitchen is not working (no hot water). Service and repair.
HACCP plans have been developed.
No concerns noted with food processing controls and worker hygiene.
General sanitation is good. Pest control service is provided.
