All coolers were measured at 4C or below including the display and storage coolers at the back.
QUAT sanitizer dispenser was dispensing at 200ppm.
No pest activity found during routine inspections by a pest control company.

Handsink (front) was fully equipped with soap, paper towel, cold/hot running water.
Hot holding equipment were measured at 60C or higher.
- all perishable hot foods were measured at 60C or higher internally.

Back kitchen area
- all coolers were measured at 4C.
- all freezers were measured at -18C.
The battering solution for the chicken is discarded every 4 hours. (record is kept)
The equipment in contact with raw chicken are being cleaned and sanitized. (minimum every 4 hours)
