Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwashing stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; Freezers operating at -18'C.
- Thermometers available for temperature monitoring.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 75.0'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm chlorine solution available in spray bottles.
NOTE: Have all bottles labelled as 'sanitizer' or 'bleach'.
- Scoop stored inside the machine.
NOTE: Ensure to have ice machine manually cleaned on a regular basis as discussed at this time.
- No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Washroom handsinks satisfactory.
NOTE: Ensure to have small bags of sugar/flour transferred to food grade/pest proof containers.

General maintenance sanitation level of the facility satisfactory. Front servery reorganized and now in much better sanitary condition than previous inspections. Good!
