Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C.
Freezers were at or below -18 degrees C.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Adequate separation was observed between used/soiled service utensils and clean service utensils.
Dishwashing was not occurring at the time of inspection.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a container with a wiping cloth.
Ventilation hood appeared to be in a clean condition.
Plexi-glass barrier was installed at the point of sale area.
Maximum occupancy limit was posted.
COVID-19 safety plan was available on-site.
