New person in charge, new operator needs to renew her FoodSafe level 1. She will be re-taking the level 1 test and sending a copy of the results to the district health inspector: alexander.lui@fraserhealth.ca
Handwash stations stocked with soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water
All temperatures satisfactory:
-upright coolers: <4 deg C
-Prep cooler: 2 deg C
-All freezers at <-18 deg C or less
-Thermometers available to monitor temperatures in all cold holding units
-Instructions for preparation of surface sanitizer is available at the handwash sink: mix 1/2 tsp bleach per 1 liter of water.
-Permit fee payment of $87.50 due for this fiscal year (April- October), billing information provided to operator, please call the number on the sheet provided to pay by credit card, or call them for alternate means of payment (cheque)
-Bleach available on site to sanitize, 2 compartment sink available
-General sanitation excellent, no signs of pests during inspection
-Facility approved to open for the season on condition that operator successfully passes FoodSafe level 1
