-Discussed reducing the amount of uncooked fries left out at room temperature after the lunch rush.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
The high temperature dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate level. Check daily.
The ice machine was clean.
