-All handsinks in the kitchen are stocked with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel. - All coolers - line cooler, prep cooler, drinks cooler - are less than 4C - Upright storage freezers - are functional - Quats sanitizer in spray bottle is measured at greater than 200ppm solution - Dishwasher is measured at 50ppm chlorine residual during final rinse at the dishsurface - Glass washer in bar area dispensed 50ppm chlorine residual during final rinse cycle - Food storage and equipment storage is satisfactory - No evidence of pest activity is noted at the time of inspection - All stored is protected from contamination - General sanitation is satisfactory Outstanding permit letter is hand delivered.
