Follow up inspection for report F0024496 -The low temperature dishwasher dispensed 50ppm chlorine sanitizer at 45 C at the plates level. -Test strips available to monitor sanitizer concentration. The operator must monitor daily. -Working thermometers in all refrigeration units. -Daily temperature logs available. Items collected: -Prorated permit fee for September to March 2019 of $145.83 collected at the time of this inspection (TD Canada Trust tracking #000020). Health approval granted at the time of the inspection. This approval does not exempt you from receiving approvals from other regulatory agencies. It is the operators responsibility to ensure that they are in compliance with the municipal bylaws and other regulatory requirements and for obtaining business license and/or approvals to operate from the appropriate licensing authorities.
