Future proposal:
this inspection was conducted together with your district inspector, Matthew, since we were in the transition.
the floor plan need to accommodate 2 separate cooking are ( for pizza and Indian food ); that we just learned during this inspection.
this submitted floor plan can not be approved as it is. we discussed with owner/operator what are the main areas for the further changes that will be required for approval process ( designate the cleaning area/ cooking area/ dishwashing area/ storage area/ receiving area/ janitorial area/ enclosed garbage area ) ; submit the food safety plan so the district inspector is aware of the food that will be processed and served.
we provided some tentative floor plan that at the present time, with information that we have, could be meeting the Food Safety requirements.

Resubmit the floor plan with all other required documents.
