Follow up inspection to report #DSOG-BBRQPP: - Verified that the surface sanitizers at 100ppm chlorine concentration. Continue to follow your sanitation plan. - All handwashing stations must have waste bin close by to discard used paper towels after drying hands. - Three UV light fly traps installed throughout the store (receiving, meat department, fast food court). Strongly recommend installing an additional UV light fly trap at the produce section due to the high volume of organic waste being produced. - General sanitation in the produce section has improved. Ensure to prevent garbage accumulation. This will prevent pest activity.
