Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The paper towel dispenser in the kitchen was not stocked. Paper towel was found elsewhere (not next to the handsink) in the kitchen. Handsinks at the bar did not have any liquid soap and paper towel was also located at the other side of the bar. All handsinks must be accessible and provided with liquid soap and paper towel to ensure staff are able to properly wash their hands.
Corrective Action(s): Purchase liquid soap hand soap for the bar handsink and keep the paper towel next to the sink. Ensure that there is always paper towel at the kitchen handsink and that the dispenser works.
