Introduction

An unscheduled/ scheduled follow up inspection to the Routine Inspection # KSEY-A4C22X dated (Nov. 16/15) was conducted.
Areas of non-compliance identified at the Routine Inspection were reviewed for compliance.

Licensing discussed the Live 5210 resources with a staff person and left the package of resource material with them at time of inspection.
Contraventions
Previous Inspection - Contraventions observed on FIR #KSEY-A4C22X have been corrected.
Current Inspection - Items reviewed comply with the Act, regulations & standards of practice except for those noted on supplementary pages.
Observed Violations
PHYSICAL FACILITY, EQUIPMENT AND FURNISHINGS: 11010 - CCLR s.13(1) - A licensee must ensure that a healthy and safe environment is provided at all times while children are under the supervision of employees.
Observation: During inspection Licensing observed an area on the kitchen counter behind & near the sink which is missing laminate, exposing press-board/ wood which cannot be safely cleaned and disinfected
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all food preparation surfaces can be properly cleaned and sanitized.
