Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): BOH ice machine found to have mold build up on seal edges in the inner well.
Corrective Action(s): Ice was discarded at the time of inspection.
Technician called to clean and sanitize the machine. Ensure that the ice machine is cleaned and sanitized on a more frequent basis.

=Facility has been built as per approved plans. Only notable change: FOH display cooler will now be used as a room temperature holding and display unit for non-potentially hazardous foods.

=Drive thru and BOH handsinks stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.

=Left hot holding for patties (78C to 73C) and right hot holding for patties and chicken (78C to 76C). Gravy hot holding not available for inspection.
