Sanitizer quats measured at 200 ppm.
Sanitizer dispensed from the 3 comp sink.
Walk-in produce cooler was below 4 deg C.
All produce products were stored off the floor.
High temp dishwasher reached 72.3 deg C at plate surface.
Bulk foods display area was organized. All bins and utensils are cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis.
Water dispenser station - staff responsible for the daily cleaning of the dispensing unit.
Mechanical parts of the water station is maintained by a third party company.
