Make sure staff thoroughly clean and sanitized produce sink before washing/rinsing any ingredients for the ready to eat salads being prepared. No other problems noted at the the time of inspection, all refrigerator and freezer temperatures meet requirements, sanitizing with 200 ppm quaternary ammonium, general sanitation satisfactory.
