Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer spray (front) measured 50ppm at time of inspection.
**Corrected during inspection** Operator replaced bottle once identified.

Empty bottles at every end of day so opening staff can make fresh bottles of sanitizer.
Mix 1/2 tsp unscented bleach / 1 L water.

3 compartment sink available for proper dishwashing; all dishware in high temperature dishwasher must be cleaned and sanitized again in 3 compartment sink prior to use
