Observation: Undercounter cooler at front of house measured to have an ambient temperature of 6C. Staff and operator keep foods in this cooler for short durations and not overnight as they are aware of the problem.
Corrective Action(s): Repair the cooler unit. All cooler units must be able to maintain contents <4 C at all times

=Walk-in cooler (2C), undercounter cooler (1C), sandwich cooler (2-4C), and drink cooler (4C) measured < 4 degrees C

=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing, staff able to demonstrate proper manual warewashing procedures

=Veggie slicer was maintained in a sanitary manner, however floor in the back area by "office" was sticky and same conditions were found for under the dry storage. clean this area on a more frequent basis.
