Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on July 24, 2018. The following observations were made:
- Significant improvements have been made to sanitary condition of banquet hall, including storage areas, area underneath stairway, and bars
- Significant reduction in the number of fruit flies around both bar areas, especially near the soda fountain nozzles
- Back door of kitchen is firmly secured and shut, no significant numbers of house flies observed in dry storage area around pot washer
- Bar nozzles and trays were cleaned and sanitized. Reminder: All nozzles and trays should be disassembled after each use, then sanitized and air dried with 200 ppm bleach
- Spilled bulk food items in upstairs dry storage room have been removed, all bulk items were covered
- Can opener in kitchen now in sanitary condition
- Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized, mould removed from the outside
