Routine inspection conducted today: Handwash stations accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. All refrigeration units were at 4.0C or below. All freezer units were at -18.0C or below. All food products stored protected and labelled. Hot hold unit was holding hot food above 60.0C. No improper dispensers were stored within and used for bulk food containers. Cleaned utensils and food contact equipment noted sanitary and in good repair. Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing. QUAT sanitizer spray bottle noted with 400 PPM QUAT. Mop bucket emptied and noted in a sanitary condition. No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection. General organization and cleanliness satisfactory
