Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Scoops for ice and fruit used for smoothies were being stored directly in ingredients, with handles touching the food/ice
Corrective Action(s): Ensure scoops are stored in designated scoop holders and washed/sanitized every 4 hours.
Operator removed scoops at time of inspection.

- Hand sink supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 71C at plate surface level during rinse cycle
- Quats sanitizer available at 200 ppm in spray bottle
- Bleach sanitizer solution is also used for storing wiping cloths. 100 ppm chlorine
- All coolers were at or below 4C
- Freezer temperatures satisfactory
- All refrigeration units were equipped with accurate thermometers
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
- Food storage practices good - all food stored covered and off the floor. Dry storage area organized
- Brown rice was hot held at above 60C - good
- General sanitation excellent
- No signs of pest activity noted
- FoodSafe certified staff on-site
